In VLC I have the option “network-caching=1000” when I am playing some stream. I understand that I will see the video with some delay, but I want to watch the video smoothly. What is the equivalent option in flussonic when I am dealing with streams?

What you mean? VLC is a player but Flussonic is a server streaming software. How you want to compare player and server? network-caching is a buffering option that available only on client side (on player)
