Hi there, is it a way to filter tracks on the input from the MBR HLS stream?

MBR HLS is not recommended as the source, cause it could be resynchronization between tracks and as the result non-synch stream on the output.
But, you could filter the needed tracks using the pids option described in the doc: Data Source Types - Flussonic Manual
