API error acess 403

I need help with the Flussonic API, I followed the documentation for monitoring with Prometheus, but it doesn’t return me to metrics, when I try to access it returns this message in the browser:

403 Unauthorized
Streamer protection system doesn’t allow you to watch this content.

Could you please send me the command output:
curl -v-u ‘flussonic:letmein!’ http://your_flussonic_server_ip/flussonic/api/metrics
