Does someone have any experience with ingest 12G SDI on Flussonic and transcode it? What SDI cards/setup do you use for that?

Yes, you can! I have on the lab setup with AJA Kona 12G card and 12G Panasonic camera. As you see on the screenshots below it works well. For encoding, I use Nvidia GPU. You can find some for you purpose on this page Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrix [NEW] | NVIDIA Developer.
Note: professional version of Nvidia cards have an unrestricted value of max of concurrent sessions. That may help you in choice.
